Wellness Center
Massage therapy, yoga: nidra/iRest & gentle flow, pranayama breathwork, yogic meditation, mindfulness techniques, life coaching, spirituality, performance optimization, self-care, overall well-being.
All Wellness Center activities are highly supervised by clinical social workers.
Consulting
Supervision for provisionally licensed social workers.
Support Services
Therapy services provided under a sliding scale or at no cost if unable to pay.
Case Management
Supporting families, respite care, guidance with placements for family members, community resources.
